Review | Bridal Fashion Week
Newest Trends in Bridal Fashion

Last Monday marked the conclusion of fall Bridal Fashion Week in New York City but not before some gorgeous gowns hit the runway showcasing the season’s latest trends. Even though the runway can be filled with dramatic and over the top looks (maybe a little too much for a real wedding day), here are my favorites from fashion week that have just enough drama and elegance for a beautiful real wedding day!

So many designers had dramatic open backs this season. Here’s one of my favorites from Ines Di Santo. (Open back pictures above)

Intricate beading and embroidery, unique neck lines and deep sweetheart silhouettes – BFW had it all! I love this heavy beading on the bodice with sparkle cascading into the skirt from Naeem Kahn. Blush tones have been seen on the runways for a few seasons now with growing popularity. This season, a new palette of neutrals debuted, especially shades of champagne. Monique L’Huiller’s colorful runway show was right on trend, but this champagne ballgown stunned with intricate lace embellishments. I also loved this cascading ruffle horsehair skirt under the trumpet length beaded bodice from Liancarlo in creamy blush.
I don’t think lace will ever not be on trend – but soft romantic lace was everywhere. I couldn’t get enough!
