Wedding Photography celebrating the Independence of the Adventurous, Cosmopolitan Bride serving New York, Connecticut and the Hamptons - based in Rye, NY
A fateful last-minute change of plans for Clemens’ exchange student program from Germany moved him from his original host family into Andrea’s home for his year abroad. Their friendship began during that year and blossomed as they kept in touch throughout their years apart in college. After six-years of friendship they took their relationship to the next level and began to date. Andrea visited Clemens’ family in Germany and he spent weekends in Mattituck with her family. This past November, Clemens’ used a stroll on their favorite spot on the beach in Mattituck to pop the question! These two are planning a big family wedding at her family’s home this summer!
On Monday, I met these two in one of my favorite spots in all of New York City, Washington Square Park. We wandered the park and the historic streets surrounding this iconic city park. These are some of my favorite shots of the year so far! These two are so comfortable together and it showed during their shoot! I feel like Andrea could be a cross between Audrey Hepburn and a famous ballerina… especially balancing on the edge of the fountain in her ballet flats!
Congratulations you guys – enjoy these highlights from your engagement shoot!! I can’t wait to share the rest!
