Wedding Photography celebrating the Independence of the Adventurous, Cosmopolitan Bride serving New York, Connecticut and the Hamptons - based in Rye, NY
When we scheduled Brittany & Ed’s engagement session session for the first Sunday in November, it didn’t even dawn on either of us that the annual New York City Marathon race took place on the same day! Since the weather forecast looked so good and the leaves on the trees were at their perfect fall peak, we decided to brave the marathon crowds and go for it! I’m so glad we did!
I met Brittany & Ed as far north on the Upper West Side as we could get from the race traffic and it could not have worked out better. Their Central Park engagement session went off without a hitch. You would never have guessed there were thousands of people finishing a 26 mile race just a few blocks south of our location. We wandered around the lake off of the 86th street park entrance and meandered through the bridges and pathways throughout the park and Central Park West. I love how dreamy these images turned out!!
Brittany & Ed – it was so much fun getting to know you guys and spending the afternoon with you in New York City! I can’t wait for your Coveleigh Club wedding next fall in Rye… you’re going to make a perfect bride and groom!
Enjoy these highlights!!
