Wedding Photography celebrating the Independence of the Adventurous, Cosmopolitan Bride serving New York, Connecticut and the Hamptons - based in Rye, NY
Saturday’s classic Coveleigh Club Wedding in Rye, New York starred two of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. Kayla and Jay’s paths to New York City, where they met, took different routes. Born to be a teacher, Kayla followed her older sister south from Massachusetts to Manhattan when a dream job teaching at Sacred Heart on the Upper East side became hers. Jay grew up just north of the city in Bronxville, even ran for city council, and made his way to the Big Apple for a new job.
New jobs and new cities leave little time to find suitable dates… after much frustration, they both found their way to Match… she was drawn to his picture because he included his nephew… one thing led to another… the rest is history. Their connection was a natural fit from the start! It’s no surprise that their wedding day included all of their young nieces and nephews in the bridal party. The little ones stole the show… almost!
Kayla and Jay, I had such a pleasure documenting such a special day in your lives and you made us truly feel like family on a day when your families came together as one! I hope you’re having an amazing honeymoon and I hope you enjoy these highlights from your beautiful day!!
